Nicole Bouvier
Director
Nicole Bouvier is a distinguished educational leader with over 20 years of experience spanning early childhood through high school. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and is NAMC Montessori certified, with credentials including the National Association of Childcare Management Director Qualification and Florida Director Qualification with VPK Level 1 Endorsement. Nicole's career includes serving as a Head of School/Regional Director, college recruitment advisor, and educational consultant specializing in both traditional and Montessori environments. With teaching experience across all grade levels from Pre-K through 12th grade, she is also an accomplished soccer coach and published author. Nicole brings expertise in curriculum development, behavioral intervention, and student success strategies. Based in Estero, Florida, her personal experience with diverse educational paths—including public, private, faith-based, and homeschool options—enriches her commitment to educational excellence, individual student development, and partnering with and supporting families of young learners.
Eliza Cardoze
Assistant Director
With over 20 years of experience in Early Education, Eliza brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Assistant Director. She has excelled in both teaching and administrative roles, including a decade as a dedicated VPK teacher. Committed to staying at the forefront of educational practices, she continually enhances her skills through courses, conferences, and professional development. Holding both a CDA and Director Credential, Eliza is devoted to fostering a nurturing and enriching environment for children to thrive. Originally from Nicaragua, she discovered her true calling in Early Education after initially studying Computer Networking upon arriving in the United States in 1988. She now resides in Ave Maria with her fiancé. When she’s not shaping young minds, Eliza enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with her three adult children and four cherished grandchildren.


Laura DeBlock
Sr. Administrative Assistant
With over four years of experience in school administration including two years leading and managing a hybrid homeschool. Laura brings a strong background in communication, organization, and relationship-building to her work with the school community. Prior to her work in education, Laura spent seven years as a real estate paralegal and 15 years as a licensed real estate agent in both Florida and New Jersey. She also holds a paralegal certificate.
Laura’s expertise lies in communications and creating meaningful connections with the people she serves. She feels especially thankful to be a part of the Temple Shalom Preschool team, where she works closely with families and supports the Administration.
Alexandra Wein
Special Events Coordinator & Social Media Manager
Alexandra Wein is originally from New York, but has lived in Florida since she was 11. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she studied Forensic Anthropology, and participated in a six week long archaeological dig in Ashkelon, Israel. Alexandra began her career in the Temple Shalom office briefly before switching over to become a teacher at Temple Shalom Preschool. Since then, she has moved into her administrative role after returning from maternity leave. Not only is she an admin, but she’s also a preschool parent! Alexandra lives with her fiancé, Casey, and their children, Carter, Eliana, and Noah. Growing up in the Jewish community has always been important to Alexandra and she is proud to be a part of the Temple Shalom Preschool team!


Shelley Noble
Director of Education
Shelley Noble is an ECE professional who is director qualified with over 20 years of experience teaching children ages pre-K through 5th grade, including a decade supporting special needs students. Shelley’s experience includes public, private and homeschooling environments.
