We're delighted that you are considering Temple Shalom Preschool for your child’s preschool education. We can’t wait to show you around our school! Simply call us or email, and an administrator will be in touch with you soon to set up a tour time. If you would like, we welcome you to bring your child with you on the tour. Please set aside a minimum of one hour.
We are pleased to offer a full day nursery school program for children ages 3 months through 5, including VPK, with early drop off and extended day options. We also offer after-school enrichment programs, summer camp, and so much more.
We believe the foundation of early childhood education is a cooperative partnership among children, parents and teachers. We offer families a high-quality early childhood center in a safe, caring environment. Our teacher-pupil ratio is low, which means that children receive individualized attention to enhance their independence, social skills, self-esteem and their capacity for learning. We strive to give each child the skills he or she needs to be a lifelong learner and transition successfully to kindergarten.
We invite you to learn more about our school and all that our warm, innovative, and welcoming community has to offer your child. We are pleased to offer flexible schedules, including half day for two’s and three’s and full-time care for all ages.
ENROLLMENT
Selecting a school is one of the most important decisions that your family will ever face. Our program offers your child a solid foundation upon which to build the rest of his or her education. We invite you to learn more about the exceptional quality and commitment of our staff, our curriculum and facilities.
Temple Shalom Preschool welcomes families from all walks of life. New students are accepted on an ongoing basis, depending upon available space. The admissions process is complete when the application is submitted with the non-refundable registration/supplies fee.
Age Groups
Infants
Must be 3 months old to enroll.
Ducklings
Turning 1 before September 1. (Must be able to walk)
Cubs
Turning two before September 1
Lions
Turning three before September 1 (Must be potty trained)
Pre K/VPK
Turning four before September 1 (Must attend 5 days/week)
All children attending must be immunized. Current immunization records must be submitted, signed by the child’s physician.
