Current Families

Thank you for enrolling your child in Temple Shalom Preschool. Temple Shalom Preschool offers a high-quality academic experience for young children in a Jewish setting that is nurturing, diverse, and inclusive. The teachers here take delight in each child’s unique development and share their love of exploring, learning, and discovering.

Our mission is to provide for the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of the young child in a Jewish setting.

Family Involvement

Family Involvement

One of the things that makes Temple Shalom Preschool so special is the network of parents and teachers working together to help preschoolers achieve important learning milestones.  When our students see their parents and teachers interacting positively, they feel that they are in a safe space, and they can focus on fun and learning. Families are encouraged to attend parent-teacher conferences, holiday celebrations, parents nights out, volunteer as a class parent or join POTS, our parent group (Parents of Temple Shalom).

GOT SHABBAT

Each week  we welcome the Sabbath as a whole community.  Led by Rabbi Ariel Boxman and our music teacher, Miss Jane, the children welcome Shabbat as a community with songs,  Bible stories and puppets that teach children the value of kindness, family, tzedakah (charity) and giving back to the community.   Enjoy the opportunity to meet and connect with other families and the Temple Shalom Preschool community. Families are all welcome and encouraged to join in the fun!
