Jackie Ardoline

Rabbi Ariel Boxman

Rabbi Ariel Boxman is the rabbi educator here at Temple Shalom where she directs and develops all educational programs for the congregation, including the preschool.  In addition to this, Boxman serves as one of the spiritual leaders of the congregation officiating at lifecycle events and leading Shabbat and Holiday worship services.  Rabbi Boxman grew up in the Caribbean and currently lives in Naples with her husband Asher and two young boys, Jacob and Matan.  Boxman earned her Rabbinic Ordination in 2012 and her Masters in Jewish Education in 2013. In her free time Boxman enjoys going to the beach, taking aerial silks classes, and trying new restaurants in town. 

Eliza Cardoze

With over 20 years of experience in Early Education, Eliza brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Assistant Director. She has excelled in both teaching and administrative roles, including a decade as a dedicated VPK teacher. Committed to staying at the forefront of educational practices, she continually enhances her skills through courses, conferences, and professional development. Holding both a CDA and Director Credential, Eliza is devoted to fostering a nurturing and enriching environment for children to thrive. Originally from Nicaragua, she discovered her true calling in Early Education after initially studying Computer Networking upon arriving in the United States in 1988. She now resides in Ave Maria with her fiancé. When she’s not shaping young minds, Eliza enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with her three adult children and three cherished grandchildren.

Alexandra Wein
Preschool Administrative Assistant

Alexandra Wein is originally from New York, but has lived in Florida since she was 11. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she studied Forensic Anthropology, and participated in a six week long archaeological dig in Ashkelon, Israel. Alexandra began her career in the Temple Shalom office briefly before switching over to become a teacher at Temple Shalom Preschool. Since then, she has moved into her administrative role after returning from maternity leave. Not only is she an admin, but she’s also a preschool parent! Alexandra lives with her fiancé, Casey, and their children, Carter, Eliana, and Noah. Growing up in the Jewish community has always been important to Alexandra and she is proud to be a part of the Temple Shalom Preschool team!

Marissa Foreman

Preschool Administrative Assistant for Aftercare

Marissa Foreman was born and raised in Naples, Florida. She attended Edison State College, which is now FSW, majoring in Nursing. After a year and a half of school she left to be a full-time mom to her oldest son Ried. Marissa is happily married to her husband Wesley, and they share four boys together: Ried, Harris, Pierce and Quill. She was a teacher for 6 years before becoming Coordinator of childcare services for 2 years. Marissa has her DCF 45 hours, Directors Credential and Child Development Associates. She has recently joined the Temple Shalom Preschool office team as the Preschool Administrative Assistant for the Aftercare program. In her spare time, she likes to run, be outdoors and spend time with her family.
