Arianna Valadez
Lead Teacher
Ms. Arianna is excited to be part of the Temple Shalom Preschool family! She brings 10 years of experience in education and is passionate about helping children develop a love of learning from an early age.
Ms. Arianna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Universidad Autonoma de Bucaramanga in Colombia. She also holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, TESOL certification, and training in medical interpretation. She has her required 45 DCF training hours for early childhood educators. During her time at Temple Shalom Preschool, Ms. Arianna has taught in our Infants, Ducklings, and Cubs classrooms. In addition to her early childhood experience, she has taught Spanish to students ranging in age from young children to adults as old as 82 years old.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Arianna enjoys reading, writing, spending time outdoors, learning about different cultures, building miniature models, traveling, and drawing. Her artistic and creative nature helps bring imagination, exploration, and fun into the learning environment.
Ms. Arianna loves helping children discover the world around them through curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connections. She strives to create a nurturing classroom where every child feels valued, encouraged, and excited to learn. She looks forward to building strong relationships with her students and families and making this school year a memorable one filled with growth, discovery, and joy.
Leylanys Sanabria
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Leylanys is a valued member of the Temple Shalom Preschool family who brings two years of experience and an abundance of love, kindness, and dedication to her work with children. Since joining TSP, she has supported multiple classrooms, working with children ranging from infants through Lions, and has quickly become someone both students and teachers can count on.
Ms. Leylanys has completed the required DCF training hours and is certified in CPR and First Aid. She is always eager to learn, grow, and support the needs of the school community.
One of the many things we are proud of is how much Ms. Leylanys has grown since joining TSP. Through her hard work and determination, she has made incredible progress in learning and speaking English while continuing to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
Known for her sweet and caring nature, Ms. Leylanys has a special gift for connecting with children of all ages. Whether she is comforting an infant, helping a toddler learn a new skill, or engaging with preschoolers during play and learning activities, she makes every child feel loved and valued.
Ms. Leylanys is also incredibly proactive and always willing to jump in wherever help is needed. From assisting in different classrooms to handling the less glamorous parts of childcare (yes—even dirty diapers!), she approaches every task with a positive attitude and a smile.
She is passionate about helping children feel safe, supported, and cared for, and she looks forward to continuing to grow alongside the wonderful children and families of Temple Shalom Preschool. 💙🌟😊
